как убрать фиксацию шаблона?? растянуть его??

Vamp, смотреть надо... в простых стилях это может быть в переменных стиля, где "Основная ширина таблиц (в пикселях или процентах)", но всё равно потом надо смотреть, с хедером и футером может быть отдельный разговор

Стиль зашибенно красивый... я равнодушна к тёмным стилям, но этот - супер...
можно ссылочку, где взял?
если буду ставить, заодно и с шириной разберусь, меня фиксед не устраивает
кстати, для таких стилей часто бывает авторских сразу два варианта, фиксед и резина

Installation instructions
To install this skin you must have access your forum's admin control panel and FTP directory. Simply follow the directions below:

Extract the contents of this zip file to your computer. We recommend using CAM UnZip (free) or WinRar (shareware).
Upload the contents (everything inside) of the 'upload' folder to your forum's root directory using your FTP program. So if your forum is at "http://exaltic.com/forum", you would upload to your "/forum" directory.
Open your forum's admin control panel and click on the arrow to the right of "Styles & Templates" - in the main menu. This should have expanded to reveal several options.
Click on "Download / Upload Styles". You should be taken to a new page.
Scroll down to where it says "Import Style XML File" and click on the browse button.
Find the files you extracted earlier and select the .xml file.
Click the "Import" button at the bottom and wait for vBulletin to upload and install your skin.
Your skin is now installed and ready to use.
Upgrade instructions
Manual update

If you wish to upgrade a skin to newer version the procedure is slightly different.

Perform steps 1-6 explained in the Installation instructions above.
Select your previous skin from the drop down box where it says "Merge Into Style".
Click the "Import" button at the bottom and wait for vBulletin to upload and upgrade your skin.
Your skin is now updated and ready to use.
Customising your skin
Skin settings

As of 3.7, all our skins now come with a number of configurable options. You can change these options by editing the 'header' template in your skin. Set them to true to enable, and false to disable. Below is a description of what each setting does:

$skin_fixed_width - Use a fixed width - This option allows you to make skins fluid (100% width) or fixed width (this option is only available on skins that support being fluid).
$show_navbar_links - Show navbar links - Use this option to show the links at the bottom of the Navbar. By default this is not required as the links have been integrated in to the design. However if you need to add additional links to vBulletin, as required in many plugins, you can set this to true and it will show these links.
$extra_thread_tcat - Extra tcat on the thread view - This option allows you to show an extra tcat on the thread view which will contain the tool links. If this is off, the tools will be merged in to the first post's tcat. It's recommended you keep this setting off unless you prefer the old style.
$use_sig_overflow - Show scrollbars on wide signatures - This option means that scrollbars will be added when signatures with wide images/content are created, stopping the large signature causing the design to break and make the page wider. It's recommended you keep this on unless you are having problems with it.
$use_post_overflow - Show scrollbars on wide posts - This option means that scrollbars will be added when posts with wide images/content are created, stopping the large post causing the design to break and make the page wider. It's recommended you keep this on unless you are having problems with it.
PSDs

All PSDs can be found in the 'PSDs' folder. The full skin PSD is in the 'Full PSD' folder. For convenience, a PSD for the logo has also been included in the 'Logo' folder. Simply edit it and save it in 'assault_wars/misc/skin/'.

vBadvanced CMPS integration
Note: You must have vBadvanced already installed for this tool to work. vBadvanced CMPS's built-in path updater is only made for basic skins. Because eXaltic's skins are so heavily customised, a specialised tool must be run to make sure all paths are updated properly. To install and run the tool, please follow these instructions:

Inside the 'tools' folder of this package, upload 'exaltic_path.php' to the AdminCP folder of your vBulletin (usually 'admincp/).
Open your browser and run the file you just uploaded, eg. 'www.yoursite.com/admincp/exaltic_path.php'.
Select the skins you wish to make compatible with vBadvanced CMPS by click in their appropriate checkbox.
Click on "Update". Once it is complete your skins will be compatible with vBadvanced CMPS.

там... фоновая картинка (бордюр левый и правый) - цельная
делать из него резину - перековыривать полстиля
