Поставил в htcaccess php_value memory_limit 150M. всё равно выдаёт это

Мне может кто нить помоч с двумя моими главными проблемами?

Я не могу загрузить файл во вложения больше 13 мб не получается

Я могу хоть 50 мб загрузить на файлообменник форума, но никто не может оттуда скачать, заместо скачки появляется страница с иероглифами

намекните хоть как с этим справится пожалуйста

Дешевый говонохостинг - он и в африке говнохостинг ) Не люблю такие хосты.

Ну так рег ру держит сервера в России. Если зарубежом сервер типа:
Intel® Xeon® X3440 Quadcore III - Intel® Xeon® X3440 Quadcore 8 потоков!
32 GB DDR3-RAM
2x 2,000 GB SATA II-HDD
60 GB SSD HDD
Трафик Unlimited Flat 100 MBS

Стоит всего 4300 руб в месяц, то в России такое будет стоить около 16 000 руб. в месяц. Вот тебе и цены и ограничения. Если не веришь - то смотри сам на цены: http://hosting.reg.ru/dedicated/ . Получается чтобы оправдать такой сервер нужно на него 80 клиентов по 200 руб в мес. подсадить + еще администрирование сервера около 7 кусков стоит, т.е. еще 35 клиентов.
А на зарубежный 21 чел посадил - уже сервер окупился ))

Русский хостинг - не самый удачный выбор, это я тебе как доктор доктору говорю. Я уже бормотуху фиг знает сколько раз переносил с одного места на другое.

А из-за кого еще то ? В России все хостинги жлобы, а те кто заведует большими конторами (типа регру) - зажравшиеся жлобы, потому что рассчитано на то что домен регит новичок, а тут ему еще и хостинг предлагают - зачем он далеко будет ходить ? Так же у руцентра и многих других контор.
Бормотуха на онхосте сидит: http://on-host.ru/ , лично меня устраивает абсолютно все, а самая изюминка - это apache + nginx, именно по этому форум работает очень шустро.

ps
только заливать файлы размером 150 мб там точно не получится, если только с прерыванием на ajax.

Serberg, Мне бы вот как раз нужен хост на который можно файлы лить, я ещё хочу торрент трекер прикрутить потому что потом :(

думал регру потянет, теперь не знаю какой и брать или как то чинить и оставаться на реге, ведь он на самом деле хороший хостинг :) но этот подводный камень меня рассмешил с 13 мб загрузки :)

dhonchik, бери выделенный сервер и ставь ограничения как хочешь, только за хранение нелегальных файлов по башке можно получить одинаково везде, если конечно не покупать супердорогущие сервера с апсолютной абузоустойчивостью.

ну особо сложного ничего нет если его грамотно настроить. Я как то за грамотную настройку 100 уе отвалил, но форум просто летал на VDS, потом меня согнали за абузы и плакали мои 100 уе.

Можно. Адекватная поддержка всегда в аське. Оплата WM пока только прямым переводом, все без обмана. Сам там затарился, пока все устраивает. Даже рефералка есть )

Serberg, а вот про этих ребят что-нибудь новое узнал ? что лучше предпочесть их или вышеуказанный (на твой взгляд) ? Цены такие же... если у честь что в долларах, так еще ниже получится (а сервера в германии)
