Добавьте:
<td align="$stylevar[left]"><center><if condition="$ad_headerLogo"><center>$ad_headerLogo</center><else />&nbsp;</if></center>
*** Footer, 2 правки:

1= В самый верх добавьте: $ad_footerStart

2= Выше этого:
<if condition="$show['dst_correction']">

Добавьте:
$ad_footerEnd

у меня нету
