При установке vBulletin 4.0.4 на (Step 2 of 13) пишет:
The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.
хотя сделал всё правильно, по настройкам, в чём проблема может быть, а то я не могу понять чего оно хочет?
