Установка кратко!

в этой теме я расскажу как установить ваш форум на хостинг!!!

что нам нужно???

1.сам форум
2.платный или бесплатный хостинг с поддержкой php и MySQL
3.FTP клиент
4.патч для установки

сначало я расскажу в чем отличие платного от бесплатного!

1.платный( домен второго уровня например http://sumrak.ru)
2.бесплатный (домен третьего уровня например http://sumrak.cc.ru)

советую брать платный! они надежные!!

и так начнем установку!

1.заходим в ftp клиент подключаемся к ниму, закидываем форум архив,
далие идем в админ панель сайта, распаковываем архив и закачиваем патч патч заидываем тоже в ftp
2.далие заходим в папку /includes в админ панели! находим файл config.php.new , открываем его,
увы патча у меня нет!

там где $config['Database']['dbname'] = 'ваша_база'
там где $config['Database']['technicalemail'] = 'ваше мыло'
там где $config['MasterServer']['username'] = 'имя пользователя';
там где $config['MasterServer']['password'] = 'пароль'
там где $config['Misc']['forumpath'] = 'путь к форуму'

потом это сохраняем и вайл config.php.new переделать, на config.php

теперь самое главное! установка!

пишите так в браузере http://вашь_сайт.ru/forumpath.php
тем у кого бесплатный то http://вашь_сайт.приставка.ru/forumpath.php

ура идет установка)))

У меня нет файла forumpath.php, через какой файл мне начинать установку? У меня вобла 4.1.2.

Ну не обязательно и с ним установку начинать. Можно и так http://Ваш форум.ру/install/install.php

Сделал и так, но выдает "404. Файл не найден."

Варианта два!
1.Возможно домен с хостингом не сцепился! это обычно надо ждать 6-8 часов, а то и больше!
2.Вы файлы форума туда хоть залили? надо зайти на хостинг и файлы форума кидать в папку public_html

у вас на хостинге эта папка стандартная должна быть!

И зачем перекидывать?
1.создайте архив zip с файлами форума
2.закиньте этот архив на хостинг в папку public_html
3.распакуйте архив
4.и начните устанавливать!

я только новичок в этих делах, хотя раньше хорошо все забыл, время...
Мне выдает, что неправильно указал @'localhost'
Подскажите пожалуйста что мне там указывать в конфиг. файле

зависит от админки, в ISP есть кнопочка запаковать/распаковать, юзай ftp менеджер

Я так полагаю у вас бесплатный хостинг? тогда попробуйте создать ее и закинуть туда файлы, если не получиться, то обратитесь к хостеру.

А zip не открывать надо, а распаковать!

Походу путь в настройках портала неверно записан... Там в архиве хака есть файлик которым можно узнать полный путь...
