NOTICE !!!

1) Email verfication :
A word of notice, currently you should only use this for areas you trust, could be areas like
organisation/intranet/game and clan forums/ etc.. cause when a user enter a "correct" code no
email verification is skibbed regardless of the forum settings. This is on purpose at the moment
else it wont run on a board requireing email validation.

2) Usergroup Permissions :
If your setting a new costum usergroup its importent to remember to set permissions, not specifik for this mod
but in general what that usergroup should have acces to, etc. If using vBa remember it there aswell.
About :
Evisystems invitation system enables invitation and promotional codes that you define. You can add your invitation codes from the admin panel under the tab named invitation codes. And also included the ID of the usergroup where the user should be placed into if using that specifik code. Currently no limits to ammount of codes, also possible for dublicates. Testes and working on a 3.8.0, 3.8.1 board.

Installation :
its alwys recomended to backup both site and database before installing any mod.

1) Upload
Upload the files from your "upload folder to your forums"

2) Import
Import the product AdminCP > Plugins & Products > Manage Products >
On your right you can now chose [Add/Import Product] click it.

In import product select Browse to file : find the file product-evisystemsorg_invite_10.xml
select yes to allow Overwrite, incase you have installed this before.

3) Edit 1 Template 2 places
Goto AdminCP > Styles and Templates > edit templates (in the dropdown on your right side)

Scroll down to Registration Templates >> and expand it.
Double click the one named "register" see image.

NOTE to new users : in the new window is a input box which you can use to search for specifik code.

Search for :

Below Add :
 <input type="hidden" name="invitation" /> 

NEXT :

Search for :
<fieldset class="fieldset"> <legend>$vbphrase[password]</legend>

And ABOVE THAT ADD :
 <fieldset class="fieldset"> <legend>$vbphrase[EviInvitationULegend]</legend><table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="$stylevar[formspacer]" border="0" width="400"> <tr> <td> $vbphrase[EviInvitationCODES] :<br /> <input type="text" class="bginput" name="invitation" size="25" maxlength="50" value="$invitation" /> </td> </tr> </table> </fieldset> 

Then click "SAVE!"

Refresh your entire Admin CP (F5) and go add some invitation codes from the menu
Becarefull, you can also add Admins and Moderators this way so make sure you add the
correct Group ID when adding a new code, or atleast before letting people know of that code.

Updateing from previous version to 1.2 :

Go edit templates

Find     <form action="invitationcode.php?do=addmember" name="register" method="post" onsubmit="return verify_passwords(password, passwordconfirm);"> <input type="hidden" name="invitation" /> 

Replace with : <form action="register.php?do=addmember" name="register" method="post" onsubmit="return verify_passwords(password, passwordconfirm);">  <input type="hidden" name="invitation" /> 

OPTIONAL (file is not used anymore : Browse to /forums/ on your server and delete the file named : invitationcode.php)

Upload new files

Import product and select yes to Overwrite

Known bugs :

AdminCP The edit section is currently marked as disabled, cause it dosent read db proberly.

If use using a "correct" invitation code email verification is skibbed.

Plans and additions :

~~PRIORITY 1 : Make edit work in admin CP.~~ ~~- Fixed 5feb~~

Low priority : Dont skib email verification on correct code

Low priority : Timed code, auto remove after a specifik date

Low priority : Costum Registration form for invite codes / perhaps alternate fields / or ewen without
